About Sara Galipeau & Love Plants for Life

Sara Galipeau C.H.N./R.H.N., FNE, NNCP is not only certified in holistic nutrition and fitness, but is also a pianist and flautist, has a university degree in piano performance (B.Mus.), and taught private piano lessons for 7 years!

She’s also personally a long-time vegan, noticing from that first winter after going vegan that she stopped getting her annual throat and lung infections – which drove her to study nutrition shortly after earning her B.Mus.

From there, seeing how good plant-powered nutrition also improved her other symptoms ranging from performance anxiety to post-workout pain to PMS, Sara took a strong interest in evidence-based functional nutrition for hormone support, which she continues to work with today.
